This past weekend in Florence, it rained a good amount. Due to the rain we couldn't do much so we decided to go to Bomo (a Chinese restaurant in Florence). One of my roommates (Fred) recommended the spot because he had been there before and it did not disappoint. I ended up getting truffle dumplings with a marinated pork sandwich. As someone who considers themselves a sandwich connoisseur, this was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had, the pork was so tender and juicy it could've been fed to a toddler; the best part is the sandwich was only 5 Euros.
